The people I worked with were very helpful and nice to me making it an easy transition into this job. I found the schedule to be the best thing about the job. Teacher in Saint Paul, MN Loved the students and families. The school community is very tight-knit. Admin doesn't provide the resources you need to succeed. Schedule was great, plenty of PTO. There is so much potential at Higher Ground Academy. The pay is low, the turnover is high, and the recent expansion has caused a lot of stress on an already understaffed school. Great teachers and students make up for the difficult administration, but that only goes so far.
