Meeting with Financial Aid will help you understand your particular situation, the cost of participating in an off-campus program, and make you aware of any scholarships for which you might be eligible. How to discover and access ebooks, journal articles and other digital media Even though you aren't on the Ithaca campus, you can access all of Cornell's extensive online collections from wherever you are. The best place to start is the Library homepage, or, if you are used to going to your favorite licensed resources directly, use Passkey to get through the paywalls. If you are specifically looking for ebooks, you can start with the Library Catalog; you can find ebooks by limiting your search to online. For even more helpful information on ebooks, check out our Ebook libguide. The Library also has a helpful guide that will walk you through some of the methods you can use to explore those collections remotely. If you find a Cornell resource you need but can't get the full text online, we can provide chapter and article scans electronically from our collections at Africana, the Library Annex, Catherwood, Fine Arts, Mann, Music, Olin, Kroch Asia, and Uris Libraries.
COVID19 - General Guidance for Off-Campus Studies Whitman College Off-Campus Studies (OCS) remains committed to assisting our students in pursuing global education. At the same time, student health and safety is a top priority for us. Therefore, Whitman will cancel future off-campus studies if the health and safety risk is considered too high (based on US Department of State, Centers for Disease Control, and other official guidance) or if Whitman deems the educational experience off campus to be too compromised due to the pandemic. Students who wish to study off campus in spring 2021 and beyond should be aware that the pandemic has created a situation in which there are higher health risks, financial risks, and potential for a disrupted semester. Whitman OCS is monitoring the situation closely and will do our best to inform students about possible issues related to COVID19 whenever we can, so that students and families can plan accordingly. You may work full-time after your letter of completion becomes available if you meet the following: You have applied for a Post-Graduation Work Permit and at the time you submit your application you: Have a valid study permit and apply within the first 90 days of when your letter of completion first became available, AND Have completed your program of study, AND Were eligible to work off campus without a permit as an international student, AND Did not work off campus for more than 20 hours per week during academic sessions. You have an official letter of acceptance into a new eligible academic program and you have a valid study permit or applied to extend your study permit before your old study permit became invalid. You may work full-time for 150 consecutive days from the date the letter of completion becomes available until the new program begins or the end of the 150 days, whichever comes first. Important: An eligible academic program refers to a program offered by a post-secondary Designated Learning Institution as per IRCC's website.

Global Education Office Best Semester CCCU programs page NECCUM Cross-Registration Full-time Gordon students with a 2. 0 minimum cumulative GPA may cross-register for up to two daytime courses at any other NECCUM (Northeast Consortium of Colleges and Universities in Massachusetts) institution. Contact Gordon's Registrar's Office. Gordon students must be withdrawn at least two years before being allowed to take courses at Gordon as a NECCUM visitor from another institution. Off-Campus Programs Students may earn credit by participating in a number of programs conducted away from the Gordon campus, including semester programs offered by Gordon (in Boston, France, and Italy), the Outdoor Education Immersion Semester, and international seminars of two or four-week intensive January or summer study.
